One of the perks I have had is the AMAZING customer service and support from the Manager Loraine. She is EXTREMELY helpful, ... courteous, and I appreciate that. I know she is always busy but makes time for my questions and helps me with the app and to understand the changes in a nice way. It really makes a difference.
